Jimmy Sawyers, Member of the LLC
Jimmy Sawyers' twenty-six years of experience in the information technology field includes directing
the operations and technology division of a community bank where at age 21, he became one of the youngest officers in the history of his 100-year old bank.
In addition to his nine years as a banker, he has been a consultant to the financial services industry for over 17 years.
Jimmy is a graduate of Christian Brothers University in Memphis, Tennessee, with a B.S. in Business and a concentration in Information Technology Management and Telecommunications.
Jimmy is on the faculty of the Barret School of Banking (formerly Mid South School of Banking) and the Southeastern School of Banking at Vanderbilt University.
Active in the industry as a speaker, author and teacher, Jimmy is a frequent contributor to BankersOnline, a leading Web portal for bankers, and he is the author of the book,
IT Auditing for Financial Institutions.
Nationally recognized for his entertaining presentations that engage, inform, and educate, Jimmy
delivers practical advice and a fresh perspective to complex issues.
Jimmy, his wife Cindy, and their three children, live in Collierville, Tennessee.
Joshua Jacobs, Member of the LLC
Joshua has eleven years of experience providing information technology services and solutions focusing on financial institutions. He is an Indiana University Kelley School of Business graduate with a Master of Science in Finance (MSF) and a Christian Brothers University graduate with a Master of Business Administration (MBA), a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Information Technology Management, and a Graduate Certificate in Project Management (GCPM). He holds numerous IT certifications including the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Systems Security Certified Practitioner (SSCP), Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA), and Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP). Joshua is also a FAA-certified Private Pilot and is the co-author of the SSCP Study Guide and DVD Training System. His specializations are in network design and support as well as security testing and assurance services.
Joshua, his wife Mary, and their four children, live in Collierville, Tennessee.

Shane Daniel is a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified in the Governance of Enterprise IT (CGEIT), Certified in Risk
and Information Systems Controls (CRISC), and a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) specializing in risk management,
information technology audits, business continuity planning, compliance management, information security, and internal audit outsourcing.
He is a graduate of Christian Brothers University in Memphis, Tennessee, with a B.S. in Accounting. A former community bank internal auditor and compliance officer,
Shane has over nineteen years of experience helping
financial institutions manage risk and profitability.
Shane, his wife Michele, and their two children, live in Bartlett, Tennessee.
Kristin McNeish, Senior Consultant
Kristin McNeish is a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) and a former banker who understands the unique environments of our clients.
A graduate of the University of Southern Indiana with a B.S. in Computer Information Systems, Kristin McNeish has seven years of banking experience having worked in
various departments of a multi-billion asset super community bank. Kristin combines a strong technology background with a
keen understanding of the financial services industry.
Patrick Glaser, Technology Consultant
Patrick Glaser has over 10 years of experience in desktop and server support as a systems engineer and business analyst. Before joining the Sawyers & Jacobs team, his previous work includes a technology support firm, regional CPA and consulting firm, and more recently a Fortune 100 corporation where he was involved in new product testing and development. Patrick's educational background in telecommunications, his expert troubleshooting skills, and his dedication to superior client service make him a valuable member of our team and an excellent resource for our clients.
A native of the Memphis area, Patrick, his wife, and two children live in Bartlett, Tennessee.
John Marin, Technology Consultant
John Marin is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) with over 16 years of experience in the information technology field. His experience includes eight years at a community bank in Florida where he was responsible for IT projects, network security, telecommunications, new branch technology, and remote access. John is a graduate of the Jose Maria Vargas University where he earned a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture. A native of Caracas, Venezuela John is bilingual (English and Spanish) and has earned several network certifications including CCNA, CCA, MCSE 2000, and MCSA).
John and his wife, Celsa, and son live in Collierville, Tennessee.
Matthew Evans, Associate Consultant
Matthew Evans is responsible for several aspects of firm marketing, special events, and client communication. His seven years of experience in the service industry includes marketing through social media outlets. He is a graduate of the University of Memphis with a B.S. in Marketing Management.
